At the fourth and final Fall symposium, TransPerfect's Dasha Ilazarova and Ella Hunt brought their global expertise to the conversation on the future of work. As leaders in communication and longtime Brilliant Pathways partners, they led small-group discussions emphasizing the enduring value of human skills in an Al-driven workplace. They also shared insights on how young people can pursue careers at TransPerfect-a billion-dollar company with more than 8,000 employees worldwide.

Across New York City and Hawaii, TransPerfect has engaged hundreds of Brilliant Pathways scholars through its Lunch & Learn program for high school students and a hybrid mentoring initiative for middle and elementary schools. These experiences offer students a firsthand glimpse into the professional world-helping them strengthen their Essential Skills™ and imagine bold futures for themselves.

TransPerfect professionals are also playing a key role in Brilliant Pathways' new podcast series, The Blueprint, lending their expertise in editing and post-production through TransPerfect's creative ContentLabs.

While the formal partnership between Brilliant Pathways and TransPerfect spans more than a decade, its roots reach back over 30 years-to a shared classroom in Western Connecticut, where TransPerfect Co-CEO Jin Lee and Brilliant Pathways CEO Tara Smith first met as elementary school classmates.

Thanks to the continued dedication of Jin, Tara, and the TransPerfect team, thousands of young people are discovering new opportunities, developing Essential Skills™, and building confidence in their ability to shape their own futures.
